Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AVOILSTORE, we take great care in preparing and packing our wood-pressed edible oils. Since these are food products, returns are limited to specific cases to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all customers.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of edible products, we do not accept general returns once payment is completed. However, returns or replacements will be provided free of cost only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged, leaked, or tampered during transit

A wrong product has been delivered

An incorrect quantity has been delivered
Important Guidelines for a Valid Return Request

In case of delivery damage, leakage, tampering, or missing items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits) showing the outer box, inner packaging, and product condition is mandatory for such cases

For other concerns related to the order, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original condition

Original product packaging and outer box must be retained

Requests raised without the required proof or beyond the specified timelines may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted
If a cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy below.
Refund Policy

Once a return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–8 business days

After initiation, the refund amount is typically credited within 4–10 business days, depending on the bank, payment gateway, and other external factors

Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated
Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment used while placing the order (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking)

Cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts are not supported
Quality & Transit Responsibility
All products are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. In rare cases of transit-related issues, we request customers to inform us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the concern in a fair and timely manner.
