SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed on AVOILSTORE are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. In rare cases of high order volume or operational delays, dispatch may take an additional working day. Customers will be informed accordingly.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability is subject to courier serviceability at the customer’s pin code.
3. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time is 2–10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier partner operations, and other logistical factors. While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, delivery timelines are controlled by third-party courier partners and may vary.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is applicable on orders that meet the minimum order value mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. Orders below the free-shipping threshold will incur a standard shipping charge, which is clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping charges, once applied and the order is dispatched, are non-refundable.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via Email and/or WhatsApp. Customers may track their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. AVOILSTORE shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details, incorrect contact information, or recipient unavailability at the delivery location.
If an order is returned to us (Return to Origin – RTO) due to such reasons, re-dispatch will be arranged only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
If a package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the required evidence. Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
8. Non-Delivery & Courier Delays
In case of non-delivery or extended delays caused by courier partners, AVOILSTORE will assist customers by raising a request with the courier service and providing necessary support.
Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner.
9. Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately based on availability. Customers will be informed in such cases.
