9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may range between 2–10 working days, depending on location and courier partner.

  • Delays due to courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Any issue related to damage, leakage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for claim verification.

  • Claims raised beyond the stipulated time or without proper proof may not be accepted.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or refund, subject to internal verification.
